When do I pay for shipping?
After the campaign closes, in the pledge manager. We don’t collect it up front.

Can I get my book signed?
The slipcase edition includes a hand-signed tipped-in page. Paperback and hardcover ship unsigned, with a signed bookplate option, and you can add signatures after the campaign at $10 per signature. The bookplate will arrive separate from the book.

I'm a retailer. How do I order?
Look for Retailer Package (Stores Only) in the Pledge Levels menu. It’s wholesale pricing during the campaign, and a bigger wholesale catalog after. Smaller shop and don’t need a full case? Message us through BackerKit and we’ll set you up at the same wholesale pricing.

What do you charge for USA shipping?
We charge weight based, calculated when you check out. The estimated fee for this campaign is $10 based on it’s anticipated 2 pound weight which includes shipping, full insurance and new packing materials. See the end of the campaign story for further details.
Please note that our oversized posters ship separately in a tube, but multiple may be ordered for one flat rate.

Why is my shipping so high?
If you do not have a country added to your checkout you will be charged the highest fee until that is entered. Once your country is added you will see the correct fee. If you believe the shipping is still too high please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your order.
Please note that what is charged we aim to include all insurance, duties and taxes. We did raise shipping fees, but we hope to not have to circle back for duties and customs.
To save money consider getting together with a few friends. We are happy to ship to a single address and split the shipping costs so a single order of $55 could be $18 split 3 ways! Or ask your retailer if they want to place a wholesale order or be a drop off point which would also save you shipping fees.

Where do I get my downloads?
We distribute digital rewards post campaign via BackerKit. You still need to complete checkout to receive your rewards as this verifies you email. NOTE: If you log in using APPLE and HIDE your email address you WILL NOT receive any post campaign updates as Apple blocks them. Please unlock your email or email us via Kickstarter private message with your correct email. You are never added to a mailing list, we use the email strictly for updates, checkout instructions, and shipped notifications.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Shipping Estimates: All shipping costs provided are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary based on factors including weight, dimensions, destination, and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fuel surcharges, carrier rate increases).
Separate Poster Shipping: Posters will be shipped separately from other rewards to ensure safe delivery. This may result in separate shipping charges for posters.
International Shipping:
- Minimum Fee: A minimum fee will be applied to all international orders.
- Shipping Options: Backers of international orders will be presented with a range of shipping options to choose from, allowing them to select the most cost-effective method for their location.
Potential for Additional Fees:
- Crowdfunding Platform Fees: The crowdfunding platform may charge additional fees, such as platform usage fees or payment processing fees. These fees will be outlined within the campaign's funding page.
- Unexpected Shipping Costs: In some cases, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier rate increases, fuel surcharges, customs duties) may result in additional shipping costs. If these costs arise, they will be communicated to backers through the campaign's updates and may be added to the original pledge amount.

We understand that life happens. We will hold you order for 90 days past end of campaign. If you fail to check out or pay for shipping before then we will edit your order to digital only and rehome your physical items with ComicBooks for Troops.
